Nordic Press Association Finland was a non-profit organization where young journalists arranged events related to the media landscape in the Nordic region, catered to young journalists in Finland. The goal was to maintain a minimalistic identity, ensuring it conveyed sincerity whilst also establishing independence from the parent association (Nordic Press Association). The inspiration for the logo came from a combination of the Scandinavian cross and the Polaris star, designed not just as a logo but also as an asterisk. This visual identity could effortlessly extend to stationary items and web materials, even though the initial brief only involved a logotype.
